Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 5 days (Monday-Friday) and orders will be shipped via Royal Mail.

UK Orders

UK Orders will be posted via the Royal Mail First Class signed for service, which aims to deliver within 1-2 days. This is a tracked service and a tracking number will be provided. The decision to use this tracked service has been taken to ensure maximum security of your ordered goods and for you to have the confidence that your goods will arrive safely. All UK Orders  will incur a fixed rate of £4.95

All heavy UK orders (including those over 2kg) will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service, which aims to deliver within 2-3 days.

 

International Delivery

European Orders : £26( If your order is very heavy, there will be some additional charges)

 

USA Orders: Orders up to £150 : £37 ( If your order is very heavy, there will be some additional charges)

                        Orders over  £150 : £51 ( If your order is very heavy, there will be some additional charges)

 

Rest of the World Orders : £35 ( If your order is very heavy, there will be some additional charges)

International Orders will be sent by Royal Mail and you will receive a tracking number. In some instances, where the order is large, shipping will be done via DPD and a tracking number will be provided.

Customs and other charges levied by the customer's government are the responsibility of the customer and we will not be providing custom clearing duties.
