Shipping

All orders will be processed within 5 days (Monday-Friday) and orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. 

UK Orders

UK Orders will be posted via the Royal Mail First Class Signed For service, which aims to deliver within 1-2 days. This is a tracked service and a tracking number will be provided. All UK orders over £100 will qualify for free delivery. Orders up to £100 will incur a fixed rate of £4.95.

All heavy UK orders (including those over 2kg) will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service, which aims to deliver within 2-3 days.

International Delivery

European Shipping

Orders up to £150 : £20
Orders over £150 : £25

Shipping is done via Royal Mail tracked services for parcels up to 2kg. All parcels over 2kg have to be sent via parcel force which significantly increases the costs.

Sometimes, the shipping company quotes prices significantly higher than what the customer has paid. In this instance, the customer will be contacted and given the option to pay the difference, or cancel their order. If shipping is done for less than the customer has paid, the difference will  be refunded within 2 weeks.

 

 

USA

Orders up to £200: £35
over £200: £50

 

Rest of The World including Australia, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand

Orders up to £200: £30
Orders over £200: £40

International Orders will be sent by Royal Mail and you will receive a tracking number. In some instances, where the order is large, shipping will be done via DPD and a tracking number will be provided.

Sometimes, the shipping company quotes prices significantly higher than what the customer has paid. In this instance, the customer will be contacted and given the option to pay the difference, or cancel their order. If shipping is done for less than the customer has paid, the difference will  be refunded within 2 weeks.

Customs and other charges levied by the customer's government are the responsibility of the customer and we will not be providing custom clearing duties.
